Intertek Acquires Automation Technology Inc

Intertek has acquired Automation Technology Inc (ATI), a provider of asset integrity management software in the US power sector. ATI’s asset management software solutions are used by owners and third party service providers of power generation infrastructure to record and analyse testing and inspection data.
