ICF International Wins $50M Army Contract

ICF International has been awarded a re-compete contract from the U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL) to provide cyber network defense research and services. The contract has a value of approximately $50 million, and a term of three years.

Under this contract, ICF will provide analytical and engineering services in areas of computer network defense, including protect and sustainment services and system engineering/development support. ARL developed this program to capture and use large quantities of real-time data to validate research into new methodologies and tools to combat threats to the U.S.’s critical infrastructure.

This contract was procured through Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3), a U.S. government-wide acquisition contract vehicle under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health.
