IBM Signs SAP Cloud Computing Deal With China Telecom

IBM

IBM and China Telecom have entered into a three-year agreement to deploy cloud-based SAP applications for small and medium businesses in China. China Telecom will manage clients’ infrastructure that include cloud platform resources, networking and mobile devices. IBM will integrate the software, hardware and end-to-end service capabilities.

Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will focus on clients in the Guangdong province and then extend the project to areas like Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, Beijing and Tianjin.
