Convercent Raises $10M

Convercent, a company that provides integrated compliance and ethics solution to enterprises, has raised $10 million in a Series B round of funding led by SAP Ventures. SAP Ventures managing director Doug Higgins will join the Convercent board.

Existing investors Azure Capital, Rho Capital Partners, and Mantucket Capital also participated in the investment.
