Cisco To Axe 4,000 Jobs

Networking behemoth Cisco is cutting 4,000 jobs, roughly 5 per cent of its workforce. In a conference call following the company’s quarterly earnings, CEO John Chambers said the rate of growth has been slow, and cost-cutting measures were required.
