Bluefin Robotics Buys SeeByte

Bluefin Robotics, a provider of autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) owned by Battelle, has acquired SeeByte,  a  provider of autonomous platform software, headquartered in Scotland. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

SeeByte will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bluefin.
