Beyoncé Shatters ITunes Records

The eponymous album Beyoncé has become the fastest selling album ever on iTunes Store, says Apple. The album sold an unprecedented 828,773 copies in just three days to break global records. Beyoncé also broke the US first week sales record with 617,213 albums sold. The album is in the top spot in 104 countries.

The self-titled Beyoncé is the fifth solo studio album from Beyoncé, which was made available exclusively on the iTunes Store on December 13 by Parkwood Entertainment/Columbia Records.
