Beth Arnholt Joins Comcast As VP Of Talent Management

Beth Arnholt has joined Comcast as vice president of Integrated Talent Management. In this newly created position, Ms. Arnholt will partner across Comcast Corporate, Comcast Cable and NBCUniversal on the design and implementation of a talent integration program on a company-wide basis. She reports to Michael Angelakis, vice chairman and chief financial officer, Comcast.

Ms. Arnholt joins Comcast from BDC Consulting where for the past five years she served as principal and owner and provided strategic human resources and organizational development counsel to a variety of companies, including Comcast Cable, Conectiv Energy, and others. Prior to BDC Consulting, she held various roles at Comcast Cable, most recently serving as vice president of Human Resources, and before that, vice president of Recruiting and Career Development. She also held positions at Acsys Resources, and Mobil Oil.

Ms. Arnholt holds a Master in Business Administration from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
