Apple is nearing a deal to acquire Swell, a company working on a personalized radio app that provides curated news and information. According to a report in Recode by Liz Gannes, citing multiple sources, the transaction is expected to be worth roughly $30 million. The Swell website says the service is no longer available, but does not provide any further details.
