AgencyKPI, a start-up in Austin that provides a business intelligence platform for insurance has closed a $5 million Series A funding round.

The investment was led by EMC Insurance Companies of Des Moines, Iowa. Keystone Insurers Group of Northumberland, Pennsylvania, and Austin-based Combined Agents of America, are also investing in the Series A round; AgencyKPI said in a statement.
