Automatic Data Processing said in a statement that it has acquired privately held The RightThing, a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider. The RightThing is also the parent company of AIRS. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Automatic Data Processing is a provider of business outsourcing solutions with about $10 billion in revenues, and was featured in the Forbes list of the world’s most innovative companies this year.
