Zillow Acquires Buyfolio

Zillow has acquired Buyfolio, an online and mobile collaborative shopping platform. Zillow plans to offer Buyfolio’s online and mobile products to Zillow Premier Agents and brokerages nationwide. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Buyfolio launched in 2011 and currently is focused on New York City. Buyfolio’s co-founders, Matt and Susan Daimler, will continue working in New York City for Zillow.
