Zendesk appoints Mike Frandsen to its board

Zendesk has appointed Mike Frandsen to its board. Mr. Frandsen brings more than three decades of enterprise product development experience from companies like Workday, DemandTec (acquired by IBM) and PeopleSoft (acquired by Oracle). He is currently executive director of products at Workday.

Prior to joining Workday in 2010, Mr. Frandsen was CEO at Potenco, a green energy startup. Before that, he was CEO at TradePoint Solutions, a provider of SaaS-based retail promotion management applications.

Mr. Frandsen holds a B.S. in Business from the University of Colorado.
