Yahoo CEO, Warner Music Group COO Joining Jawbone Board

Marissa Mayer, chief executive officer of Yahoo, has joined Jawbone’s board of directors, says the company. Robert Wiesenthal, COO/Corporate of Warner Music Group, will be joining Jawbone’s board as well.

Ms. Mayer also serves on the board of directors of Walmart , and is also on the board of various non-profits, including the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the San Francisco Ballet, and the New York City Ballet.

Mr. Wiesenthal serves on the board of directors of TripAdvisor and Starz.
