Wipro has announced the introduction of the Wipro Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Ready Platform, developed in collaboration with IBM. The platform is designed to enable clients to establish their customized AI environments, leveraging IBM’s watsonx AI and data platform.
The initiative stems from an expanded partnership between the two companies. As part of the collaboration, Wipro and IBM have also introduced the IBM TechHub@Wipro solution, aimed at supporting client projects through a centralized expert team. The initiative also includes a watsonx Center of Excellence within Wipro, focusing on incorporating IBM’s AI capabilities.
The Wipro Enterprise AI-Ready Platform provides the infrastructure for AI and generative AI workloads, offering features for automation, resource management, and industry-specific applications in banking, retail, health, energy, and manufacturing, among others.
The platform emphasizes AI governance, aiming to manage AI responsibly throughout its lifecycle, focusing on transparency, data protection, and compliance with regulations.
In addition, Wipro staff will undergo training in IBM’s technologies, including hybrid cloud, AI, and data analytics, to speed up the creation of joint solutions.
