Washio Laundry App Raises $2.25M

Washio, the company behind the Washio mobile app, that lets users request laundry and dry cleaning on demand, has raised $2.25 million in seed funding.

The funding was led by Pejman Mar Ventures. Other investors in the round include Sherpa Ventures, AME Cloud Ventures, Three Six Zero Group, Guy Oseary, Ron Burkle, Nas, Anthony Saleh, Larry Rudolph, Jay Brown, Zod Nazem, Troy Carter, Scooter Braun, Yael Cohen, Tom Ryan, Frank Cooper, and actor Ashton Kutcher.
