VMware is acquiring CloudVelox

VMware is acquiring CloudVelox, a multi-cloud automation and orchestration software company. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The CloudVelox technology is expected to be integrated into VMware HCX upon closing, and the team is expected to join VMware.
