Verdigris raises $6.7M

Artificial intelligence company Verdigris has raised $6.7 million, in a Series A extension round. The investment was led by Jabil, with Verizon Ventures also participating. Other investors in this round include Stanford StartX Fund and existing angels.

In addition to investing, Jabil plans to roll out Verdigris’ AI energy sensor platform in a number of its manufacturing sites, said the company in a statement. Following that, it is expected to roll out Verdigris across its entire portfolio.

Verdigris has raised $16 million to date.
