VeloCloud raises $35M

VeloCloud Networks, a company that provides software-defined wide area networking (SD-WAN) solutions to enterprises, has closed a $35 million Series D round of funding, led by Hermes Growth Partners. Round participants included new investors Telstra Ventures and Khazanah Nasional Berhad, the strategic investment fund of the Government of Malaysia. Existing investors New Enterprise Associates (NEA), Venrock, March Capital Partners, Cisco Investments also participated in the round.

The funding will be used to expand business, capacity and operations and supports larger customer rollouts says the company.

VeloCloud has raised $84 million to date.
