UpKeep lands $10M in Series A funding

Los Angeles-based startup, Y Combinator Winter 2017 alumni UpKeep has secured $10 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Emergence Capital. Kevin Spain, general partner, Emergence Capital, will join UpKeep’s board.

In a statement, UpKeep  said the company now serves more than 50,000 technicians across 1,000 businesses and counts Marriott, Jet.com, Unilever, McDonald’s and the Oklahoma Department of Corrections as customers.

Previously. UpKeep raised $2.7 million in seed funding in June 2017 from Battery Ventures, Mucker and Y Combinator.
