University of Michigan extends partnership with Spectra, implementing Salesforce CRM

Spectra by Comcast Spectacor has extended its 24-year partnership with the University of Michigan. With the extended partnership, the university will implement Spectra Ticketing & Fan Engagement’s implementation of Salesforce CRM services.

The university will implement Salesforce CRM to provide staff with a 360-degree view of every season ticket holder, fan and donor, said Spectra in a statement.
