Ubicquia, a smart city company based in Melbourne, Florida, has raised $30 million in a Series C funding round; with participation from Fuel Venture Capital, the company said in a statement.

Ubicquia is deployed in more than 100 cities, according to the company.

Earlier this year, Ubicquia acquired CityIQ from GE Current.
