CFast_Sandisk

SanDisk has launched the Extreme Pro CFast 2.0, a 120 GB memory card based on CFast 2.0 technical specifications, that the company says is the world’s fastest memory card.

How fast is that? A 100GB file will take only four minutes to transfer at 450MB/s3 says SanDisk, with read speeds of up to 450MB/s2 (3000X) and write speeds up to 350MB/s2 (2333X).

The SanDisk Extreme Pro CFast card utilizes the CFast 2.0 specification developed in collaboration by CompactFlash Association members. Early adopters and endorsers of CFast 2.0 also include Canon, ARRI and Codex.
