TPG Capital, Silver Lake Partners To Fund Radvision Purchase

TPG Capital and Silver Lake Partners have said that they will provide a majority of the approximately $227 million required to fund the purchase of Radvision by their portfolio company, Avaya, a global provider of business collaboration and communications solutions.

On March 15, 2012, Avaya announced it had signed an agreement to acquire Radvision, with closing anticipated within approximately 90 days.
