Toshiba Introduces New Class Of Tecra Business Laptops

Toshiba has introduced a new line of Tecra business-class laptops. The new Tecra R940 and Tecra R950 laptops are available exclusively through Toshiba Direct. Toshiba Direct also offers NET 30 and leasing options and offers volume discounts.

The new Tecra R940 and Tecra R950 laptops are built using fiberglass reinforced casing with a Honeycomb Rib structure. The laptops also include a spill resistant keyboard, hard drive impact sensor and a shock absorbing design. All models can be configured with 3rd generation Intel Core processor, AMD graphics and storage, including a 512GB SSD  and up to 16GB memory. The Tecra R940 and Tecra R950 weighs less than 5.3 pounds, and is just an inch thin. They are available with 14.0- and 15.6-inch diagonal LED-backlit widescreen HD displays respectively. Businesses who purchase before August 30, 2012 will receive free upgrades to Windows® 7 Professional and an additional 4GB of memory.
