Tintri names Thomas Barton CEO

Enterprise cloud platforms company Tintri has named Thomas Barton as chief executive officer, and a member of its board.

Mr. Barton previously served as CEO of Rackable Systems, and held senior executive roles at Planet Labs, Canara and Red Hat. He has also worked at Lightspeed Venture Partners, Cygnus Solutions, Red Hat and McKinsey & Co.
