Tibco To Buy Back $300M In Stocks

Tibco Software is buying back up to $300 million of its outstanding common stock, as part of a buy back program. The program refreshes the company’s previous $300 million share repurchase program, under which approximately $75.8 million is still remaining.

The repurchases under the program will be made in open market or privately negotiated transactions, says the company.
