Thoma Bravo Acquires Crossbeam

Private equity investment firm Thoma Bravo has acquired Crossbeam, a network security solutions company. Financial details were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Boxborough, Mass., Crossbeam has more than 200 employees in the United States, Europe, Latin America and Asia. Crossbeam’s current senior management team will continue to manage the company.
