An unauthorized access to Target payment card data may have impacted buyers who made credit/debit card purchases in Target stores from Nov. 27 to Dec. 15, 2013. Information that has been breached include customer name, credit/debit card number, the card’s expiration date, and CVV.

Target says it is partnering with third-party forensics firm to conduct an investigation, and has alerted authorities and financial institutions about the breach.
