Tangoe CEO Resigns

Al Subbloie has resigned from his role as CEO, and chairman of the board of Tangoe. According to a statement released by the company, his decision came immediately after being informed of the board’s conclusion that Tangoe in the longer term would benefit from a transition to a new CEO. Independent director James Foy will serve as acting CEO, while a search process is conducted to identify a permanent CEO. Gerald Kokos, Tango’s lead director, has been appointed executive chairman.
