Payment processing company Square has announced the expansion of its offline payments feature to all hardware devices and countries.

Square, the payments company with Jack Dorsey at the helm, has purchased approximately 4,709 bitcoins at an aggregate purchase price of $50 million.

Automated data integration provider Fivetran has raised $100 million in Series C financing.

Darren Walker, president of the Ford Foundation, has joined the Square board, the company said in a statement.
