Perforce Software, backed by Clearlake Capital and Francisco Partners, has acquired Methodics, a provider of intellectual property lifecycle management and traceability solutions for enterprises.

Clearlake Capital Group has acquired Perforce Software from Summit Partners. The company will continue to be led by Janet Dryer, CEO.
