SpringCM raises $17.5 million

SpringCM, a sales contract management solution for Salesforce customers, has received $17.5 million in funding. Existing investors Foundation Capital, North Bridge Venture Partners, Bluestem Capital and Square 1 Financial was joined by Panorama Partners and Wellington Financial in the funding round.
