Spring Wireless has appointed David Mitchell as CEO and member of its board of directors. Mr. Mitchell has held numerous senior executive level roles with cutting-edge technology firms, most recently serving as CEO of Global 360 until its merger with OpenText in 2011.
Mr. Mitchell was previously the president and CEO for webMethods, leading the company to a dominant market position, a successful IPO in 2000, and the completion of a successful merger with Software AG in 2007.
