SparkCognition raises $32.5M

Austin-based machine learning startup SparkCognition has closed a $32.5 million Series B funding round. The investment was led by Verizon Ventures with participation from Boeing through its Boeing HorizonX investor arm.

SparkCognition has previously raised over $16 million from investors such as Michael Dell’s private equity arm, MSD Capital, Entrepreneur’s Fund, Alameda Ventures, Verizon Ventures, CME Ventures, and Brevan Howard.

Several existing investors also participated in the latest round, said the company in a statement.
