Socialvest Closes Funding Round

Atlanta-based Socialvest, a cause-based shopping platform, has closed their latest round of funding, led by Bluff Point Associates. Socialvest has raised over $2 million in funding to date.

Socialvest is a free online service that allows users to shop, earn and give to the causes they care about.

The funding will be used to expand its product offerings and channel mix, including an upcoming iPhone application, says Socialvest.
