Socialtext Promotes Michael Idinopulos

Socialtext, an  enterprise social software provider, has appointed Michael Idinopulos as general manager of the business. Mr. Idinopulos has been the chief customer-facing officer at Socialtext. Mr. Idinopulos will be responsible for worldwide management and operations of Socialtext, reporting directly to Mr. Jones. Eugene Lee, previous CEO of Socialtext will be leaving the business to seek new opportunities.

Prior to his move to Socialtext, Mr. Idinopulos was with McKinsey in New York. Mr. Idinopulos received a B.A. with highest honors in Philosophy from the University of Chicago and a Ph. D. in Philosophy from University of California, Berkeley.
