Soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo has launched an ‘official’ iPhone and Android app, published by Digital Artists Entertainment and powered by Mobile Roadie. The app enables fans to access “everything CR in their pocket” anytime, anywhere with the latest information about the popular international athlete, including official news, social media buzz, photos, videos, games and a fan wall for discussions.

Ronaldo has a massive online audience with more than 6 million Twitter followers and is among the most popular athletes on Facebook with 40 million fans, currently adding over a million fans each month.

The app is available for a free download at the iTunes App Store and the Android Marketplace. It can also be downloaded here.
