Singapore Airlines to use Tata Communications’ GlobalRapide platform

Tata Communications has announced a multi-year partnership with Singapore Airlines (SIA) to upgrade the airline’s communication and collaboration resources. The collaboration is set to be implemented on Tata Communications’ GlobalRapide platform, which promises connectivity and collaboration for SIA’s workforce on a global scale.

The relationship between the two companies spans five years, with Tata Communications providing solutions such as IZOTM SDWAN, which aids in intelligent routing of customer calls to SIA’s customer service centers worldwide.

The agreement also includes the utilization of Tata Communications MOVE IoT for pilot and cabin crew platforms, offering connectivity that allows for secure data exchange.
