Sefaira has closed $10.8 million in Series A funding led by Braemar Energy Ventures in partnership with Dutch-based Chrysalix SET and UK-based Hermes GPE. Neil S. Suslak, managing partner of Braemar Energy Ventures, and Rene Savelsberg, managing partner and CEO of Chrysalix SET, will join Sefaira’s board of directors.
Sefaira’s corporate finance advisor was Beanstalk Corporate Finance and their legal counsel was SJ Berwin.
Sefaira, founded in 2009, provides Web-based sustainable and energy efficient building design software.
