SecondMarket has announced that Lauren Sorof has been named the company’s Head of Events. Prior to joining SecondMarket, Sorof most recently served as Managing Director and Head of US Event Marketing at NYSE Euronext. Sorof will lead SecondMarket’s events program in both New York and San Francisco, and will create and produce exclusive SecondMarket events as well as manage SecondMarket participation in sponsored outside conferences.
