SAP announced its Datasphere solution, the next generation of its data management portfolio, which gives customers access to business-ready data across the data landscape.
SAP has inked strategic partnerships with Collibra, Confluent, Databricks and DataRobot to enrich Datasphere and allow organizations to create a unified data architecture that securely combines SAP and non-SAP data, the company said in a statement.
SAP Datasphere is the next generation of the Data Warehouse Cloud solution from the company. It comes with a unified experience for data integration, data cataloging, semantic modeling, data warehousing, data federation and data virtualization, says SAP.
Datasphere is built on the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). No additional steps or migrations are required for existing customers of Data Warehouse Cloud.
