SaltStack raises $15.5 million

IT automation platform company SaltStack has raised $15.5 million in a Series A financing round. The investment was led by Mercato Partners.

The round follows previous investments from Peak Capital Partners, Epic Ventures and Deep Fork Capital. SaltStack has raised a total funding to $28 million to date.

Ryan Sanders of Mercato Partners will join the SaltStack board of directors.
