Salesforce acquires Attic Labs

Salesforce has acquired Attic Labs, a San Francisco, CA-based startup working on Noms, an open-source decentralized database. Once the transaction closes, the Attic Lab team will join the Salesforce Quip team. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Noms remains open source software and will continue to be available for use under its license, said Attic Labs.
