Roomlinx Names Frank Watervoort CIO

Frank Watervoort will serve as chief information officer with Roomlinx, leading all aspects of technology and software development. Prior to joining Roomlinx, Mr. Watervoort co-owned and served as president, CTO and managing director of eonBusiness Corporation. He also held a variety of senior leadership positions in global corporations including EchoStar Europe and CSG International. Educated in the Netherlands, Mr. Watervoort studied computer science and has a degree in mechanical engineering.

Roomlinx is expanding its senior leadership team as a result of the signing of a master service Agreement with Hyatt, says the company. The Hyatt roll out will begin immediately and it is anticipated that up to 60,000 Hyatt rooms will be installed with Roomlinx’s iTV platform within the next two years.
