Rivada Networks names Stephen Bye Chief Technology Officer

Rivada Networks has appointed Stephen Bye as chief technology officer. Mr. Bye currently serves as CTO for C Spire.

Before joining C Spire, Mr. Bye was the CTO for Sprint, where he was responsible for technology and network innovation, strategy, planning and development. He has held executive positions with Cox Communications, AT&T, inCode Wireless, BellSouth International, Optus and Telstra.
