YuMe has appointed Daniel Springer to the company’s board. Mr. Springer, 50, is currently CEO and member of the board at Responsys. Prior to Responsys, he was the managing director of Modem Media, the CEO of Telleo, and CMO of NextCard. He also has previous experience with McKinsey & Company, DRI/McGraw-Hill and Pacific Bell.
Mr. Springer holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Occidental College.
