RadiumOne Acquires Focal Labs

RadiumOne has acquired Focal Labs, a technology platform and developer of the photo sharing and geo location apps Clixtr and PicBounce. The size of the deal was not shared.

Gurbaksh Chahal (Founder and CEO, RadiumOne): Consumers are sharing more and more every day. In fact, more than 15 billion items are shared every day across the Open Web – many of which are photos.

The Focal Labs team will focus on developing first-party sharing products for consumers.
