John Harper has joined the Rackspace board of directors. Most recently, Mr. Harper served as vice president and chief financial officer of Dell Services. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and is a CPA in the state of Texas. He lives near Dallas with his wife and three children.
