File data platform company Qumulo has raised $125 million in a Series E funding round. The investment was led by BlackRock. Amity Ventures also participated in the investment, along with existing investors Highland Capital Partners, Madrona Venture Group, and Kleiner Perkins.
The latest funding round pegs Qumulo at a $1.2 billion valuation, according to a statement by the company.
Qumulo has raised $351 million to date.
